What Life on Track is
Life on Track is a private tool that helps you organize your family’s important information in one place. It is provided on an “as is” basis to help you stay organized.
What Life on Track is not
Life on Track does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or estate-planning advice. It does not replace a will, advance directive, power of attorney, or any other legal document. For advice about your specific situation, please consult a qualified professional.
Your license to use Life on Track
Your purchase gives you a license to use Life on Track for your own household and any purchased or included add-on household workspaces. This license is for personal, non-commercial use.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your setup email and license key somewhere safe.
- Create and protect your own backup file. Because Life on Track does not store your private file on our servers, we cannot restore your file unless you have created and saved a backup.
- Do not store account passwords directly in Life on Track.
- Keep the information you record accurate and up to date.
One-time purchase
Life on Track files and add-ons are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. See the refund policy for details on support and refunds.
Add-ons & updates
Add-ons may be purchased separately. Each purchase includes its own license key by email; keys combine automatically inside Life on Track, so nothing purchased earlier is lost. Product updates may be shared by email or through the latest Life on Track app link. Life on Track’s Settings also include a Check for Updates button, which sends a small one-way request to see the latest version number — your household information is never included in that request. Updates do not give Life on Track access to your private household file.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
