Who we are

Life on Track is a product of Agile Skills Academy LLC, made by Michele H. For any privacy question, email support@lifeontrack.store.

Your household information stays on your device

What you enter into Life on Track is saved on your own device. Life on Track does not receive, store or process it, and you don’t create an account, so there is no central database of it. Because we don’t have your file, we can’t recover it if it is lost without a backup.

What we do receive

• Purchases: checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We receive confirmation of your purchase and what we need to send your license key. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Email: if you sign up for the free 5-Minute Family Readiness Check, we use your email address (and first name, if you give it) only to send occasional Life on Track news. You can unsubscribe anytime. If you email support or use the support form, we receive what you send us. Please don’t include private household, medical, legal or financial details in those messages.
• Website visits: lifeontrack.store uses Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It uses no cookies and collects no personal information; we see only anonymous totals. The Life on Track app itself contains no analytics or tracking.
• License and update checks: when you activate, and when the app opens, it checks your license key with Lemon Squeezy, along with a device label or ID. Some license tasks, such as refreshing your purchases or finding old devices, go through our own license service and send your license key or purchase email, and sometimes the device label or ID. To check for updates, the app asks app.lifeontrack.store whether a newer version exists. No household information is included.
• Website and email services: our website host and email provider process what’s needed to deliver pages and messages to you. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the pricing page loads Lemon Squeezy’s checkout script, so those services receive your IP address and basic technical details of your visit.

We don’t sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Children

Life on Track is for adults organizing their household. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Deleting your information

To ask us to delete your email address or your support messages, email support@lifeontrack.store. Your household file is on your device, so only you can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will appear on this page with a new date.
