14-day money-back guarantee

Every Life on Track purchase, including every add-on and the Complete Family Bundle, comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Life on Track isn’t right for your family, for any reason, we’ll refund it in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@lifeontrack.store within 14 days of purchase, from the email address you used at checkout. You don’t need to give a reason. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and each product can be refunded once per customer.

Your license

When a refund is issued, your license becomes inactive the next time Life on Track checks it online.

Your household file

Your household file lives on your device. A refund doesn’t delete or change it.

We may update this policy from time to time.
