Every Life on Track purchase includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Life on Track isn’t right for your family — for any reason — email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full. No forms, no hoops, no hard feelings.
Having trouble instead?
If you don’t receive your setup email, your license key doesn’t work, or you have trouble opening or using your file, please reach out first — most issues are sorted out quickly, and we’re glad to help before or after the 14 days.

How to request a refund
Email support@lifeontrack.store within 14 days of purchase from the email address you used at checkout. We may ask what didn’t work — only so we can improve — but your refund doesn’t depend on the answer. Refunds are processed to your original payment method, and each product is eligible for one refund per customer.
Your private file stays yours either way — it lives on your device, and a refund never touches it. This policy may be updated from time to time.
